A-Ext Stretcher

A device for long-term penile traction, used in three primary situations:

  1. Peyronie’s disease prevention/therapy
Helps slow curvature and the progression of fibrotic plaques, with the potential to restore the penis to its original length.

  2. Post-ligamentotomy rehabilitation
Used to draw out the internal shaft after the suspensory ligament is cut—an alternative to classic rod-type extenders.

  3. Non-surgical enhancement
A method for lengthening—and modest girth improvement—in otherwise healthy men.

Main functionality of A-Ext Stretcher

  • Discrete lateral traction to the belt (right or left side)
Allows completely hidden wear in public without drawing attention under clothing.

  • Downward traction toward the leg (right or left knee)
Useful as a variable load pattern when not in public settings.

  • Precise, progressive loading with a built-in force indicator
The integrated resistance gauge lets you set and increase traction accurately. This objective control delivers better results than “by feel” tensioning used in many other stretchers or extenders. Consistent, measured traction is key to progress.

  Glans attachment;

Vacuum-based — the most comfortable and reliable option available.
What’s in the kit
•    Waist belt and below-the-knee strap, plus a tensioner with a built-in force indicator
•    3 universal elastic sleeves
•    3 universal elastic protectors
•    3 polycarbonate vacuum caps (different sizes)
•    Training schedule and ruler-based progress chart
Expected results (when used by healthy men for lengthening)
With proper study of the program and correct loading, you can expect on average:
•    +1 to +2.5 cm in erect length over 4–6 months
•    About +1 cm in girth

After 6 months, the course can be continued until gains naturally plateau, up to 12 months in total. Length typically increases fastest in the first few months, then the rate slows and may stop.
The typical physiological ceiling is up to ~30% of your baseline length.
For example, if your starting erect length is 10 cm, the upper bound from traction alone is around 13 cm. To approach that upper range, you’ll need to combine traction with manual exercises.
